Refunds & Returns

 Digital courses and audio courses can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days under our policy. Refunds are void if:

• The course has been consumed.
• Multiple or excessive refunds are requested.
• The account is restricted due to policy violations.

Physical product refunds are subject to the return of goods in original condition. Returns without approval are not eligible for a refund.

PDF Course Materials are instant access digital products. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to download your PDF Course Materials. Due to the nature of instant access digital products, we do not offer refunds for PDF Course Materials once the purchase has been completed. By purchasing PDF Course Materials, you acknowledge and accept that the sale is final.
